It's a cross-dressing monk wearing a classic noir hat. In black and white. Except the robe which is in any case orange.

God don't it feel good knowing the answer was so simple..Now I found the meaning in a Sardine and Liverwurst club sandwich with anchovies, chopped cherry peppers, garlic and onion on toasted sourdough pumpkin poppy seed roll with gobs of mayo with good spread of kick it up a notch mustard. lol.
