Not at all. It means that you can love someone without feeling the need to have sex with them. When you do want sex, however, love is not the most important thing. It's not even necessary; it's just sex.
As a matter of fact, I do. ;) And let me tell you, their accent is a bigger turn on than the Scottish one; the sharper the latter is, the more it makes me giggle. Lately I've been feeling like I could write a paper on accents with regards to sex.
