Chinese
It really pisses me off when people tell me Chinese has no grammar. If that were the case, all you'd have to study are characters and you'd get the whole language. Not only that, but that statement doesn't make any sense. How the hell can people communicate with just words? There needs to be some sort of grammar because if I just say, "Dog then and food jumped table ate onto the," you wouldn't understand a damned thing. Now, with syntax you'd see that "the dog ate the food and then jumped onto the table." Just because Chinese verbs don't have conjugation or tenses doesn't mean the language doesn't have grammar. English lost its declensions centuries ago. Does that mean its grammar is any less? No. Then why are you making that comparison to Chinese?
Man, if it were that easy, I'd've learnt the language so long ago.
