Parents are embarrasing
I was chatting with my boss this morning and she sprung a piece of information on me that she had been saving. During the my brother's wedding reception, Pop chatted with her about what it would take to make my job a permanent position. I'm 35 years old. I have two kids who will be 11 in mere days. I am too old to be the topic of a parent/"teacher" conference. Wasn't it bad enough that I was wearing make-up, dress, and real shoes?
