Farewell!
[This seems a little pointless, since I'm at seven weeks and therefore not on the masterlist any more, but I promised myself a good three and a half years ago, that I wouldn't just let this journal die off... not without saying goodbye.
I stuck around for the last few months mainly because I still enjoyed the role-playing. But even that's got thin on the ground recently. I'm far too busy with my final year of university, and updating this journal has become more of a nuisance than a pleasure.
I've had fun here since March '05, and I've met some amazing people, not least of all my best friend and a few others besides.
I seriously doubt I'll be back, and I'm not here in any other form. There are a few people here with whom Duncan built friendships, who I'd love to say hello to on the flip side, but I'll leave that decision up to anyone with whom the feeling is mutual. I spend far too much time on Facebook these days, so if you're interested, drop me a mail at duncan_james@livejournal.com, which redirects to my OOC e-mail address (or drop me a screened comment here, as my spam filter sometimes gets a little over-excited), and I'll pass on my profile URL, or my MSN Messenger address if you fancy a chat.
