Happy 5th of July
The day that should have been yesterday. Anyway, I'll save you my history lesson. The fourth made me tired and cranky. I've had the same headache on and off for the last week or so now and it's getting to me. Marched in some parades and started to lose my voice. I'm also showing signs of burning from all that time in the sun. Got some fencing in earlier and I have the bruises to show for it (thanks Phil). I tried ribs for the first time at Ribfest in Naperville (delicious, especially the Joe Crede rib...YES!) and hear bits of Better than Ezra and saw Sister Hazel. Also ran into Adriene there, weird since I think I also saw PeeWee. My brain is still fried and obviously this post is in no way coherent so I appologize. Friday=Pirates and it shall be Bloomtastic. But for those of you who prefer the Depp I have some news. Per Robin and Entertainment Weekly Johnny Depp will be staring in an upcoming movie directed by Tim Burton (big surprise there) entitled...SWEENEY TODD! I have to say I'm not sure how I feel about this. George Hern will forever be Todd for me but this could be iteresting. IMdB only has 2008 and that Burton is set to direct nothing on cast. This has also been in the works for a while so we'll see if it actually pans out.
