So! My boss has asked me to develop my IDP for the year (an IDP is an Individual Development Plan) Which is no biggie but it opens a door that I thought I could not get for free. I get to learn Japanese at my companies expense! This ought to be fun to learn (fun=a bitch) but I think it will be worth the payoff in the end. We shall see how this goes.
