Spain
Wow! Hello everybody! I´m in Spain! My family and I are living in my grandparent´s old house at the moment, and it doesn´t have a computer, let alone internet, so I am in an Internet cafe.
So... Where to begin... Er... I took a 12 hour Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt, stopped over an hour, then took a Spanair flight to Madrid. At Barajas Airport (Madrid´s airport, no duh...), we rented a Seat ¨Ibiza¨. We then took the 2 hour drive to Valladolid, a city in Northern Spain, where my grandmother lives (She is currently in an old people home about 2 blocks from her the house). I´ve been spending the time since then sleeping, reading the newest Harry Potter book a second time around (I finished it in three days back in America), watching television, and occasionally going out for a walk around town.
[Side note: I don´t like Harry Potter much, but I read it so that I can say it was a childish book with evidence behind me. Here, I can make everyone hate me because I´ve already read it even though it is coming out here in a week or two :p.]
Anyway, I´ll come here as often as I can (I have to take a bus across town), and will try to post often. Cheers.
P.S. I am rereading ¨L´Etranger¨, or ¨The Stranger¨, by Albert Camus, this time in French :p. It bears such a fucking resemblence to my life that it is insane. Totally fucking insane. I am Albert Camus´ stranger!
