new year, new stuff
Wow, what a year. Set up our new house, finally got a workshop (that is now knee deep in crap) and moved into a different department at work. What will this year hold? Well, it starts off with my wife not going back to work. She had enough of her inept manager, and the realization that she could go anywhere and make the same amount of money without being treated like shit. Today is a work day, and I woke up at 10am.. I have not slept in on a work day since I was married (over 3 years) I feel I am much more relaxed (and so is she). I always could have, but saying good bye to your spouse as she walked out the door while you are still lying in bed nice and comfy seemed kinda cruel to me :) being able to work from home rocks, but it does require some extra focus to actually get stuff done.
This year I have a business idea that I hope will get launched.. As usually I think it's great, but no one else has done it yet (which is usually the case, but someone beats me to the punch) time will tell. I also hope to clean the new work room and actually use it :) be careful what you wish for, cause you may have to keep it clean.
now, to get my wife her own laptop... I knew I had one for her... must be in the workshop :)
