Am I in a dream?
Everything around me,
Seems ten miles away.
Is this all reality?
Someone pinch me please,
Arouse me from this slumber.

Take me away,
Far today, please,
I want to take a trip--
Trippin's the only way for me,
Drag me away,
To go and play,
Where everyone can be themselves.
And I can fear,
Something other than,
Where I am and where I want to be.

Pinch my skin,
Until it bleeds,
And the Crimson rose,
Flow of warm, lively reality,
Will wake me from this dream.
