There's been yet more strikethroughs on LJ, only they're not striking through anymore, and there's no warning for those whose accounts have been deleted. In a list of LJ accounts, anyone who has had their account deleted will just be a name in bold, like they never existed as LJ users.
The journals I'm referring to were all artists whose work is predominantly in the HP fandom. I haven't personally seen all of their artwork to make a definitive stance on this issue, but to not notify the user that their account is about to be deleted is rather rude. I don't care if it says anything about it in the TOS (haven't read it, my bad), it's still rude.
