Final ver. of that apple arrow thing + revisiting Hikaru via b...baccalaureate?!
Gross, what a long subject title.
Anyway, the final apple with the arrow thinger from the last post is, like, way too busy and looks completely different from my original sketch, but.. I finished it, yay! My art teacher was excited to finally have it done in time to turn into the district art show and by that time, I was delirious and spinning in circles and he was like "Oh, there she goes again." asldfakslkjs
Oh, and. No preview pictures this time because.... because, I dunno. Do I really need to make up an excuse? ;;;

Ohman, and speaking of that district art show thing... their ad featured this anime-esque art with a guy who was hiding his totally-anime eyes and freakish wrists holding pencils and brushes that don't even make sense -- and not in a cooly artistic nonsensical way -- and I was like WHAT IS THIS because they totally rejected my clock from last year.
......Conspiracy!!
Yeah, well, I cheated and vectorized him into something kind of suitable for this.. baccalaureate cover design contest thing.
Um.
I kind of like it since I've always wanted to do a cityscape... even though the windows are black because I had to let Hikaru + the text stand out more. Function over style.
Also, obviously I've taken a liking to this circle thing and I can't tell if that's a good thing or a bad thing.....
