And finally, two weeks later, the first post of the new year XD!
The first one's an original, and the second one's supposed to be Hikaru, but then it doesn't really look like him.....?!
Uh. I really like skies and I fail at, you know, coloring them and all, but that somehow never stops me from trying XD;;. And, god, the little red thing's smile kind of freaks me out, hahah.
Trying to find out how I can effectively use negative space. So far, it's not working very well. And, um, Hikaru's left foot? Really frustrated me so let's pretend it's actually there and he didn't get anything chopped off xD;;;;.
You know, I really like cropping finished images and stuff into these little previews, but then they make me so indecisive....
And, I dreamt of a mafia taking over a Chinese antique shop and turning it into a restaurant that serves alcoholic che -- this Vietnamese dessert that, as far as I know, is in no way associated with alcohol -- and then they found out that it was expired and somewhere along the way, they all killed each other.
Um. I usually have weird dreams, but they're never involving... the mafia and, you know, actual killing, except my brain always censors blood anyway so. But the amount of violent dreams I've been having lately? Is really getting unnerving.. ;;;;;
I also realize that, hey, I should really start using tags because I'm having trouble navigating my own journal even though I don't even post that much alskfksfl +_+;;.

Edit: Unghghgh I made the preview images too wide and now they're jutting out of the little box in my layout and dammit I WILL FIX THIS LATER because man, I need sleep.
Edit 2: OKAY HERE I AM YAY IT'S FIXED and I just realized I'm something of a perfectionist if I bother to edit posts so frequently, which probably also explains why I sometimes have to make double comments because I find out that, oh crap, I spelled something wrong and forgot this or that and agasdgosihaois <--LOSER.
