I went through a bunch of my old art because I was feeling nostalgic after graduation and uhh I thought it would be fun to scan in some of them?

( WARNING: a lot of this is really crappy, I am not kidding. featuring, like, 10-yr-old!me's artistic soul and bad scans; +6 )

ARE YOU SERIOUS DUDE YOUR YOUNG SELF WAS SO GOD DAMN TALENTED omg D: seriously I can't even look at my old stuff and even my recent drawings aren't the quality of your HnG art!

also I seriously always wished that I had listened to my friends and checked out HnG sooner! xD

ANYTHING THAT'S FUNNY, MAKE A MAGNET OF IT. idk where I'd stick it but I'd buy a magnetic board JUST FOR YOU <3 also I kind of recommend stuff that isn't square >_> funky shaped are cooler...

THAT'S NOT TRUE???? At least you know how to paint! I had no idea what I was doing lol, mostly just trying to mimic the HnG style (and failing, but I didn't know it at the time).

Does this mean you still haven't checked it out???!??

you did pretty good! haha MIMICKING IS THE WAY TO LEARN HOW TO DRAW... I should to that some time OTL

NO NO I read it sophomore year of high school but apparently it was big amongst my friends freshman year OTL I was so late and neither of them were "into" it anymore.

It's not the best way to learn how to draw, but I think most people do it :'D You need to ~learn the fundamentals~ first, but this is more fun... OTL

Aaaww, that sucks! I was into it for like a good three years -- if we knew each other at the time, we could've bonded ;~;♥

I didn't really get into fandom and kind of left pretty fast I forgot for what haha

if you mean get more done as in drawing then NO I DID NOT. I DID NOT DRAW AT ALL during most of high school OTL

Oh, no, I meant schoolwork and other things that require productivity! And um yeah, get less distracted by things like drawing and fanfics lol OTL

hahaha I AM ALWAYS READING FICS during the school year I would wake up early to read fics before going to class OTL and sleep late to read fics and and and OTL

but yeah I thought high school was the hardest experience ever for me OH BOY WAS I WRONG lol but it was hard for my young self!

ugh bb it's okay, you were young! You're still young! So there will be many more hardships in the future ;~; but also many more worthwhile, joyous experiences ♥!
