a/n: wrote this in twenty minutes, bc I'm in a hurry but wanted to post this, so it's kinda rushed and crappy and not my best work, I'm sorry ;; this is for
Jamie and
Reena, because they're adorable cuties.
yixing likes talking.
he’s a good listener, he likes listening to people, but even more he loves talking to them, talking with them. he likes good conversations, easy conversations, comfortable conversations.
he also likes serious conversations, because they’re important sometimes, or conversations filled with giggles and a lot of laughter.
when he talks with luhan, he has everything of this.
yixing loves talking to luhan.
talking to him has always been quite easy. they met through talking, it’s nothing special to people and they always get bored when they ask for the story ‘how did you two met?’ and both simply answer ‘i saw him and immediately spoke to him’.
they went through a friendship full of midnight skype conversations and video chats, hour long phone calls, endless talking in coffee shops while drinking hundred cups of tea and coffee.
their relationship wasn’t any different. just instead of sitting on luhan’s bed and talking it was curling up in each other’s arms in luhan’s bed and talking, instead of playful and sometimes also shy shoving and pushing and giggling and laughing during their walks in the park, it was holding hands and giggling and laughing during their walks in the park.
it’s not a perfect relationship and sometimes they shout and scream and yell instead of simple talking, because they can’t help but to do it like that. but they do their best and when it gets too much, they stop and so fights always end up with sitting on the couch, talking about it in a calm state, snuggling against each other with a cup of tea in their hands and somehow yixing stops thinking bad about those arguments, because it always ends in this nice and comfortable way.
“here.”
yixing looks up in luhan’s face, a tiny smile rests on his lips and accepts the mug with a quiet thank you. the next second he flops down beside him on the couch and swears because some tea spilled over the edge of his mug.
yixing just laughs and luhan pouts and huffs, but tangles their legs together.
“i’m sorry about before, it was a stupid thing to say”, yixing says then and rests his head on the others shoulder. he can feel luhan shaking his head lightly.
“it’s fine, i was the one who started to shout with no reason.”
“you were tired.”
luhan just shakes his head again.
“we’re hopeless idiots, aren’t we?”
“hm, some people do think we’re kinda crazy.”
it’s luhan’s turn to laugh and he squeezes yixing’s tight and a smile spreads across yixing’s lips, because yeah, it’s nice that way.
it's easy and he hopes it stays this way.
