arachnid
something lives in my bed. it has bitten me 3 times now. once about a month ago on my calf. it swelled up and turned into a cherry red rash. it almost went away and then came back to bother me for a while before finally leaving me and my leg alone. then again last night. twice. one per ankle.
both ankles are swollen and turning red. the desire to tear at my flesh with my fingernails is intense.
and because of this i had a nightmare tonight.
i rarely remember my dreams.... but every now and then i get the most aggressive of all dreams. usually it involves a spiderweb or tonight it was a fictional insect. spider like. black. a million squirming legs. floating towards me. and that's when i take off running. and *snap!* i'm awake. and confused.
i dont get it. why spiders and webs? i really dont mind spiders at all. in fact i enjoy them.

at least it wasn't like the time i dreamt a demon was on my bed. stepping around me. laying on me. the pressure on my chest.
that dream wasn't fun at all. i thought my heart was going to pop out of my chest in a bloody pulp.

i want to sleep! damn the spiders for not letting me rest!!!
