Life Over Cigarettes?

A man blew up his hospital room smoking a cigarette on oxygen.

If you value a single cigarette over the risk of death and a pack of cigarettes cost $5, then a lone cigarette would be 25 cents.

Many people take this risk, which means that many people value their life for under a quarter.

Doesn't that make a lot of people almost worthless?
