if ss card was lost, i believe it can be free to replace. mine was stolen, so it was free to replace. show up 30 minutes before the place closes in order to ensure you are only in line a minimal amount of time. if you are in line when they close, they have to let you go through & get upstairs to get your card replaced.
notary can run $2 - 10.
do you drive already?

thanks for the info - i do not drive now if you mean yellowcab. however, i am fecklessly equipped with a valid florida drivers license.
