I'm getting into a published book!!!!! elder lemur (spelled wrong) just got back to me and told me that my essay on nuclear proliferation was in the top 3% of 5,000 essays they recieved, and that it would be published in their book "authors of tommorow." they'll do a judging in september to see if I end up being one of the people to get scholarships (not likely).
and for the record, I put this essay off so badly that I ended up not proof reading it and driving over the speed limit to the post office to send it to be sure it wasn't late. (mailed it like an hour before office closed and 15 min late for lifeguarding.)
