[The feed opens to Dulcie's grinning (if still very black-and-white) face. The background of her apartment can be sen in the same monochromatic scheme as the rest of the City, except... what that a flash of color in the corner? Her face is practically splitting with smiling.]
Hey City. Look what I found out.
[Dulcie turns her camera to a few tins of paint she has on the floor, as colorless as everything else. She scoops up a handful of gray paint, and hurls it across the room.
The minute it connects with the wall, it explodes in a riot of color. Dulcie laughs, brightly and loudly, and the color begins to seep among the walls, touching the edge of her chair and a bright green leaf resting against her window.]
We can get the color back! EVERYONE should do this!
[She falls over in more peels of laughter, scooping up more handfuls of paint to rub against the wall. The paint is starting to change color in her hands, leaving smudges of brightness against her still gray skin.]
