My Last First Day Back
Hey everyone!
Sadly, Easter break is now officially over and I had to return to school today. This is always a depressing affair, in spite of the fact that I pretty much love school, but today was doubly worse because everyone kept talking about how close our A levels are, and how important it is that we do well, and how WE MUST START REVISING RIGHT THIS SECOND OMG!!! I am now even more terrified than before, so it must be true that crowds breed panic, because I was all determined that I'd stay focused and not let the pressure get to me. *sigh* So much for resolutions...
I now plan to revise each subject for at least an hour every night, starting from... well, today, actually, but it looks as though I've already screwed that up because I just spent the entire evening reading half of this really interesting book on Augustus Caesar and the Roman Empire for Classics, and making chapter summaries of the Aeneid. English and Latin have been completely neglected, which has probably upset them, and this is something that I should try very hard to avoid, because Latin has already decided that there's more or less nothing I can do to improve our relationship. It's got to the point where spending any time together, especially alone, is both tedious and difficult, which is unfortunate, and must be rectified, but he doesn't like flowers, goddamnit, so my efforts go unappreciated.
Aside from school related crap, however, I am good. Tired, but good. How is everyone else?
