My birthday is in a month and I have no idea of venue or theme.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

how 'bout a goth picnic? Find a nice graveyard and have a picnic.

There's always the hire a venue and have drinks and a boogie if you have enough friends - there's a few free venues around town.

Ask Keller Kinder to come play for you?

Hire crunchy the clown to come make bendy balloons?
