Carnage

One fine Friday morning, I climbed into the bright red mini-bus. Our destination was Six Flags New England. The majority of the 13-14 year old boys (mostly Korean) boarded the bus. John Craft hobbled on with his crutches and dislocated ankle. I pulled out of the parking lot and onto Romford Rd. (the road that the school is located on) After maybe 500 feet, the road becomes a dirt road. Parents were arriving and driving past the van at enormous speeds. A gold mini van approached. It's driver must have had a death wish. He/she was in the middle of the road. I pulled over to let it pass. You see, I am a conscientious driver. Unfortunately, there was a very large tree there.

Damage includes:
Broken mirror
Bent and twisted arm that held mirror
Scrape down the top part of the bus
molding over the door bent down sealing the door shut
my career as a bus driver

** I ask... who thought it was a good idea for me to get my bus license??
