Almost two weeks into the realm of college senior, and it totally sucks the big one. The typical English major consists of either lisping LAN PARTY nerds, ponytailed elitist know-it-alls, grimey tatooed feminists, aging hippy soccer moms, or wannabe beatnick chainsmokers.
Where do I fit in? I think I'll probably be the ONLY ONE that will fit in with the inner city school kids of INGLEWOOD where we have to do our student teacher training. I trust it wont be the same Inglewood from the 1940s when the Beach Boys were born there.
I am the only one that's excited. During my lunch break I will be able to get me some carne asada tacos from around the corner, cheesy corn on the cob and a rompope flavored raspado from the vendor passing by with his cart... it will be my own gangsta's paradise.
