My rent check bounced the day before my paycheck went in and resulted in over $100 in overdraft fees. I fucking hate my bank. I want to switch, but then again, that won't keep me from having too little money in my account all the time. That's an income/outflow issue that I still struggle with. If people would click on my ads on
my site I might have a bit more, but traffic's been low, and after my parents decided to click every ad a million times, I'm wary to even suggest that anyone should do so in fear that the whole ability to place them on my page will be taken away by google. And no one uses the amazon links, either. That I don't mind telling people to do. If you're buying anyting on Amazon, do it though one of the links on my page. It earns me money. I need money. But I have an interview tomorrow night for a second job, so maybe that's a better way of getting out of debt than trying to get pennies at a time from my friend's online usage.
I had to work at AMV until 9pm Friday, even though I had tickets to Spider-Man 3 for 8:30. Add those to the unused ticket for the midnight screening I bought before thinking Friday morning through, and I've got over $30 worth of unused movie tickets (for the same movie) sitting unused in Fandango ticket kiosks at this very moment! I need to cash that shit in, especially since the overdraft caused by said purchases added an extra $35 to my deficit.
I've been trying my hardest to balance my time between work (which is picking up), the website (which is progressing nicely), and some semblance of relaxation (which is the weakest of the three). I watched the most recent episode of Heroes yesterday, and OH MY GOD!! I can't wait for tonight. This show is amazing. Just three episodes left this season...As for Lost, I'm still eight episodes behind, but they're sitting calmly on the DVR waiting to suck me back into the island. We need to catch up on that badly. I'm exxcited to hear that it has been greelighted for another 48 episodes, over three more seasons, which will end it in May of 2010. At least now I don't have to worry that it will end up like Twin Peaks or Carnivale, with countless ends up in the air. I also need to catch up on 24, on which I am a season and a half behind. There's no excuse for any of this. I won't even mention how long it's been since I last watched Star Trek Voyager (I'm in the middle of season 2 in my rewatching), X-Files (early season 3) or Sports Night (early season 2). And will I ever see Studio 60 again?
Speaking of Aaron Sorkin, Amanda Peet will be shooting a media tour for her upcoming movie The Ex in Studio D, just a few short feet from my back, through a door I could easily leave open...I might have her sign my copy of The Whole Nine Yards; she shows her boobies in that one.
