I won tickets to a performance of Romance/Romance in Millburn, NJ and they'er mailing me a voucher. I love getting free stuff online. I'm also seeing a preview screening of The Namesake tomorrow and have an extra ticket if anyone wants to see it too!
I read this news on IMDb, which makes me hopeful for Studio 60 to return in a few weeks:
NBC's mob drama The Black Donnellys, which had a disappointing premiere a week ago, slumped even further at 10:00 p.m. this Monday night as it posted a 5.1 rating and an 8 share (versus last week's 6.0/10). The results were worse than those for the previous occupant of the Monday-night time slot -- Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.
Scooter was convicted on 4 of 5 charges, and that's also good news. I wish, though, that it would have larger consequences on the administration than it will. Charges against Rove or Cheney would be wonderful, but Libby's gonna be the fall guy so they can bury it. And I'm still worried Bush will pardon him.
I got additional shelves for the G&E room at work, and thus have been rearranging everything. I have so much room now! I need to order more stuff. It's fun to spend money that's not mine.
Also, my taxes are sent, and my agreement for the credit management service was accepted, so that's all looking up.
I'm upset that Heroes is on another hiatus, cause last night was soooo good. The week before was even better. I wish Lost would improve. It's been not only uninteresting lately, but nothing has been happening. Lots of promises of secrets revealed and must-see episodes, but very very little is actually worth waiting for. I hope it doesn't get bad enough that they cancel it without tying everything up.
That's all.
