A Fix

I couldn't find anyone to play D&D so I have been playing Endless Online. It's not what I originally wanted, but I enjoy it. I have to play it on Alison's PC cause there's no mac client for it. The whole idea is that it's free and thus they won't accept donations, so the server can't be upgraded to handle everything. They limit it to 300 players at a time which I think is too many, but even that makes it hard for me to get on. And when I am I get dropped all the time and have to jump through hoops to get back on. Also as a result of not having anyone donate, the system for skills, magic and stats aren't the best. Oh well, it is free, after all.

Today I had a horrid experience at work. As I'm sure I mentioned before, the Long Island office closed a few weeks ago and one of the guys from there moved to our office. He is annoying and loud like Joe (porkchop) but is not 350 lbs and has a mullet. Today I saw his shriveled uncircumcised penis dangling out of his fly in the bathroom because he forgot to put it away after peeing. He was dripping all over hte floor while he walked toward me.

I need a new job.

Alison and I will be seeing Depeche Mode (Just The Cure left on my must-see list) in December. I am so excited!!!!

I want to watch another episode of X-Files. Alison and I have started again at season 1 and are watching it all the way through. She's so addicted. I am gleeful. But her pace is not my pace, so I have to slow down for her. Which I'll do because I don't want to scare her away from what I've always wanted her to become: a geek like me.

Ok, off to play some more Endless...

d&d, work, alison, x-files
