Quite a Find

I was just at the Met Food down the street getting a 2 liter of Canada Dry ginger ale, and thought, "while I'm here, I'll get a box of those veggie burgers I like so much." So I went to the frozen meat section, and I didn't see them. I only saw gross Boca Burgers (which are nowhere near as tasty as the Morningside Farms "Grillers." Then I looked

Boca Burgers aren't gross! That time I made you a veggie burger, it was a Boca...you claimed to like it. But it WAS infused with a ton of olive oil, that prolly helped.

I meant that they are gross in comparison to Morningside Farms Grillers. I can eat one of these and never even think about the fact that it's meatless. And that is a big step.

beckie, if you know of any good vegetarian recipes, please do share...i always want to eat less meat in my diet but i don't know how to compensate for all those necessary proteins, etc. except with the obvious things like tofu (which mark doesn't like). any really tasty veggie dishes that mark and i could cook and enjoy? thanx!
