0_o It's been a day.

OK,real fast:

EATS

* breakfast shake (milk, almond milk, egg white, coffee, protein, greens supp)
* handful of raspberries
* handful of blueberries
* package of TJ's lobster roll sushi-whatever
* salad with chicken
* larabar
* buffalo jerky
* pile of chipotle beef made spicy with stuff
* dressed greens
* 2 beers

LIFTS

as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

* 10 ring pushups
* 10 pullups
* 10 wall ball shots with 20 pound ball

score: 7 rounds + 10 pushups

LIFE STUFF

chaos.
