Good workout today. The Crossfit Total is just the sum of your 1RM in the press, deadlift, and squat.
You can use a few sets to warm up, and the you have three attempts to hit your max.
I hit 185 on the standing strict press (probably should have gone for 190, but it's still a personal record!), 420 on the deadlift (tied a personal best!) and 325 on the squat (personal best!).
CF TOTAL: 930.
I want 1000 pounds by the end of the year.
