One of my favorite types of Harry Potter fanfic is that of Harry and Ginny bonding somehow. Obviously (or maybe not so) the main pairing would be Harry/Ginny

There are several that haven't yet been mentioned that come to mind. For example, and I think its an earlier fiction in this genre, http://cts.dragon.com/reign/index.shtml is a link to CTS' Reign O'er Me. Its a WIP that seems abandoned but has some great parts.
By the way, my definition of "abandoned" is no updates in a long time--its imprecise and may be incorrect but its been over two years in all those stories, so I'm guessing the authors have found other things to do--which I understand completely.
Thanks for the recs! I think, somewhere, in the back of my brain, I had Reign O'er Me in line to be posted, and Fate's Debt. I had forgotten about Soul Nexus (I'd stopped reading it 'cause it was taking too long--both for the plot development, and the chapters) and didn't think of Ginny Duty as a bonding story--I'll look it up.
