Pathfinder and Gathering not
So where to start. I haven't actually posted much at all recently, and even less about myself.
Lets start off with my new job. I'm working for a place called Pret a manger, they make sandwiches with no preservatives, they go off at the end of each day. So at the end of ech shift they are given to charity (Homeless shelters). The store is just opening and out of 200 people I was selected as one of the 12 who will open the store. I filled out my application tuesday, before I could leave the woman grabbed me and told me I g=had an interview at 9:30 the next day...it was like 5 at this point. I had the interview and got a call back for this group assessment thing at (am the next day). Did that and was supposed to have a call on friday or saturday. Got the call monday :). So a future with Pizza Hut (well until the police call)...maybe, I'm taking a three week break and seeing if the job is still worth it for 1 night a week.
The new job does mean I can't make the Gathering as I will be busy monday and friday around that weekend. It does mean we can have a small and funny TL game, Carl and Yamamaya were chatting about. So mew, sorry to everyone, but I can't go.
My recent TL GMing...has been shoddy at best. The first Redbeard game went well to a point, and last weeks was a continuation of form. This weekend is going to be a big game, no two ways about it. I have little bits and pieces for a few people, and I hope it goes well. I'm hoping my monster crew will as great as they have been recently and I'm sorry to those who do not get to play. I'm hoping it will be fun for everybody monsters and players. Then again this is if I manage to shake recent form.
I've really enjoyed the past two games I got to play as well. Really finding Nab's witchdoctory now. It's fun to play, and I enjoy it greatly. I just wish I wasn't GMing so much so I could play him :D
Pathfinder....the main character is called Blackwing....hahaha, I find this funny. The film looks angsty and amazing. I really look forward to seeing it.
Edit: another interesting point I forgot to mention. The lead, Blackwing' played Vega in the Streetfighter film.
Other than that like goes on, and well. I'm relaxed, happy and content....if not busy.
