700 miles and counting
So, I'm back in Santa Maria for a while, getting used to the new scene. Most everyone I know from ehre is still here, which is nice. I really miss being at HSU though. I enjoy being surrounded by a large group of dynamic individuals. Here at home, I have a dynamic group of friends, but it is so much smaller. So I'm in the process of looking for a jobby-job. I'm not sweating it too much yet though, because life is still good. Getting cable internet, setting up a wireless in the house, so that is a fun learning experience. I am in sore need of a Thursday night game night though, but I will make it.
Thanksgiving was nice. Got to see the family and hang out and relax. Still feels like a vacation though. I think it will take a few weeks to get over the whole no school thing. Although, being back, I have plenty of occasion to wear my new Duke Scarf. The power of the scarf is almost too much for the ladies here. Muah-hahahahahaha.
Anyway, time to go for now, but I will check in later with more adventures from SoCal.
