why am i sick today? is this some sort of karmic retribution for me not having a reasonable halloween costume? yeah, maybe i could have stepped away from the guitar long enough to go whip something up... i'm sorry, i really am! but i guess i'm paying for it now. all i want to do right now is flee to birmingham, play scrabble with my sister (while keeping a safe distance from her of course) and listen to animal collective. their slow, droney stuff. because that's how the world feels right now.
