Rainy Tuesday
I'm back downstairs. I miss my cubicle, but I'm glad to be back with my coworkers. I may not be here for that much longer, though. I had a job interview with Financial Aid yesterday, and I think it went pretty well. If I get the job, I'll be full time with a decent salary and benefits! So while I don't really want to leave my coworkers here in RS, it'll be a change for the better.
Rehearsal is moving along pretty well. I'm having some major blocking issues, but hopefully I can overcome them by opening night (we've got a whole two weeks). It is, of course, consuming my life. I have rehearsal every night up until the run. No karate for me :( But it's definitely a great experience so far.
I went to the bookfair on Sunday, so I've got a whole bunch of Le Guin to keep me busy for a little while, at least. It's been cold and rainy, so perfect weather for curling up by the fire with a book. Even my dad is doing it! Life in general is chugging along. It's rather lonely (especially lately, though I'm not quite sure why). My taithchwant is kicking in again. Sometimes Celtic blood can really be a pain. But homecoming is this weekend, so that should be a lot of fun. And plans are well underway for the Wonderland (which I may actually be able to afford!). It'll be good to see friends again.
