I have been dragged - kicking and screaming - into the world of high school drama. Oh joy, rapture. I thought I'd left this all far behind, but it seems that some things never change. Although, in this instance, I may very well be dealing with a highschooler. But I don't know! Oy! It's a whole lot of ick (when isn't it, though) and it's got me worried on several different levels. One being that I may have sorely misjudged someone, one being that someone could very well get dragged through the mud, and one being that I am apparently incapable of keeping myself completely out of this stuff! No matter what, I always have to stick my foot, nose, or some other appendage into the hokey-pokey circle that is high school drama. I am so too old for this.
And while we're on that note - Notice To Everyone: I AM NOT THAT GREAT. I'M PRETTY DAMN COOL SOMETIMES (ok maybe a lot of the time), BUT PLEASE STOP IT WITH THE DRAMA. I'M NOT WORTH IT. I PROMISE.
/ridiculous dislcaimer.
I've started a workout regimen again, and it feels really good to be working out again. I did join that new dojo, thanks to a very generous sensei, and on top of that twice a week, I'm bodysculpting, ballroom dancing, and [planning on] getting up to do yoga. I've only had one ballroom class so far (not counting the times I went with Daniel senior year), but it's a nice workout, and lots of fun. I've also started working on my voice (somewhat, anyway), and will hopefully be auditioning for stuff as it comes along, if only to get some extra experience.
I'm doing ok. I'm still not sure why that is, but I'm ok. I miss my friends, though. I wish you guys were closer.
Yay crypticesqueness! (isn't that pretty? I made it up myself)
