oh sunset city, I've got to see the world

so tonight is my last night in my childhood home. tomorrow I am homeless for a day and then Friday we move into Philadelphia. or, my dad does, and I stay there a few days before hitting the road on Tuesday. pretty much nothing for LA has been secured yet. I'm sort of terrified and sort of not. LA itself is so unappealing to me that I kind of just want to go hide out in Oregon or British Columbia for a few months. we'll see what happens, I guess.
