I was on the way out of a crowded metro car after school today, thinking about how my "pardon"/"excusez-moi"s were sounding more and more native-like, and completely didn't notice that my earmuffs had slipped out of my pocket. of course I realized just as the train was pulling away. hmm I miss them. I'm not really sure what to do. it's really damn cold here. I surely will not be able to find replacements, seeing as how everyone reacted like they were some precious treasure from the Orient. and hats blow. they just muss up everything and heaven help you if you want to wear your hair up. well, at least this will probably help decrease the number of disgusting men that approach me on the street. maybe? please?
