1)I'm going to the New York Comic Con next week, where my plan is to cavort around nyc eating yummy food and drinking fancy cocktails, to stalk jackson publik and doc hammer and to meet some awesome nerds. I will be dressing up, but like the procrastinator that i am, I'm not even starting them until this weekend. At least my plans for the BSG razor front undershirt are easy enough. Maybe dye my hair blond, sew a stuffed tiger and go as Calvin and Hobbes.
2) Torchwood Children of Earth blew my mind with how awesome and intense it was. Like rip out my heart and bash it against the way awesome. Minus that small snag. The rest of the seasons of Torchwood are alright (minus the downer ending of season 2, you would think as a whedon fan i'd be use to such moves but no). Shit, CoE was better then half the movies i saw this year. How did i miss this before?
As a result, I'm finally watching Doctor Who, starting with the ninth doctor. Woo another notch for my geek cred!
