[recap] You picking up what I'm putting down?

Jun 16, 2010 12:54

If your anything like me, you trolled the internet Sunday night looking for the vid of what is probably one of the most eagerly awaited show of the summer besides the new season of Futurama.

Yes, I'm talking about Extreme Poodles.

What did you think I was talking about?

JK- Here Be the Spoilers

The first episode of True Blood rocked!  Only Sookie got on my nerves, but that's to be expected. While  I was glad to see Bill not being boring again, with his super hot hoyay scene with Sam, and his even more hoyay bloodplay scene with the werewolves;  I was even more excited to see Lafayette, Terry, Jessica and Pam.

Oh Pam, how glad I am you have more lines this episode then all of last season combined. And the return of the fabulous I-can't-see-anyone-else-rock-it outfits.

Though I have to say, every line uttered by both Lafayette and Terry filled me with joy unparalleled even by the blatant fan service of Eric's well shaped ass.

Even amung gems like, "I don't have time for your lesbian weirdness," or "I'm sorry you fell in love with a serial killer alright? But honestly who here hasn't?"; Terry's very simple ""We should tell each other we love each other more often. From now on let's tell each other that more," is probably one of my favorite moments in the entire episode.

Ok, aside from "Conscience off, dick on." Which, I need an icon of like whoa.

I'm really liking the pit of angst that Jason is in right now, watching him deal with such an emountal load is fascinating. Andy and Jason's conspiracy (aka their chamber pot of secrets) hopefully will fill the void in me that needs more of their weird, hilarious friendship.

As for Tara, I just want her self-destructive romp with that crazy vamp to happen. According to i09, Franklen, Tara's soon to be vampire lover is "Take off your clothes and do what I say while I smother your face with a pillow all the while whispering that you're beautiful" insane."  The fact that I adore this description more then I can say, should not surprise anyone who is familiar with my writing. Bring on the crazy!

Jessica's scenes were amazing, and I have nothing but love for her and her anxiety over what to do with that guy she killed.  Also,  Bill sucks as a maker. I mean, last season was hectic, but mentioning shit like 'calling'  might have been useful before your ass was kidnapped across state lines might have been good to say.

Last but not least, tax problems! Silly vampires and their real life issues.
