Fannish things i've done this week

A minor WiP rollcall and why I'm squeeing like a fangirl.

Excessive use of exclamation points below.

1) I've written some short things, not just talking about drabbles, but a number of one sentence stories, mostly about Veronica Mars, Faith, and Claire Saunders(not at the same time, accept that one time). I want to do a few more, and post a bunch at ( Read more... )

i am very late in replying [sorry - i can do school or i can do LJ; it's rare i can do both :( ] but i didn't think you had forgotten anything - life wins, ya know :) i am doing my best to be patient [i'm bad at it - i tend to obsessive stalk book stores, for "early drop" books] because i *know* life comes first.

i'll be sitting here waiting. for just that crossover. i will do nothing else until i have it - i will just refresh compulsively until it is there...
NONONO!
sorry. the bad brain took over lol

Ha! Just so you can do your homework in peace, I will send you a message when I get your story done.

Actually, I will probably send it to you to be beta'd, if that wouldn't ruin the magic for you.

oooooooooh - no, beta-ing would probably sort of *increase* it - if it makes sense, "dinner is prepared [and i helped!]" :D

just FYI in general - i can still Beta. it won't be a very fast turn-over - M-Th i have class, and on those days it would take longer; on the weekends i have more freetime. Fri/Sat would probably only take a couple hours from when i get it [except i don't get up til about 2pm on the weekend :) ]
if nothing else, it's good practice for me [and i get a "sqee" from it. i don't know why; my dad says i am - and i quote - "seriously twisted". hee!]. and now that i have OpenOffice working correctly, no more BS Word problems! hooray!!!

OpenOffice is pretty awesome, its what I use (well, that or google docs, which has the added bonus of enabling me to write fic on my lunch hour at work).

But, to be real, I have no idea when a draft of your story will be done, but I am still working on it (and I still have season 3 of Vmars to watch for inspiration, not to mention my massive dollhouse season two rewatch).

i am much happier with OpenOffice than i thought i would be!

but, really - as much as i am eager, there is no rush. no need to abuse the muse - Real Life Wins, hands down. when you can, you can :)

hey, i may be a Evil Magical Vampire Pony, but i'm not MEAN :D
