Ya'll I'm so sorry, my motivation to write fic has taken a bus to somewhere warmer then the Midwest.
So here are some links to cheer you up!

i didn't do this, did i? with the weird way i had to copy-edit? i can re-do it, i finally gave up on fixing my copy of Office and downloaded OpenOffice - would you want me to re-edit that last one?
i feel like i let you down...

I just cannot write anything good when its dark and cold.
You edit was fine, I just haven't the energy to focus on much and I feel like everything I've tried to write recently is crap anyway, which is probably the seasonally depression talking.

it's getting dark that early here - not that i can tell. i have porphyria, which really means that i am effectively allergic to sunlight. and so was probably the only person EVER to be told they had SAD in July :)
i have a light that is "full spectrum" exept it doesn't have UV-B in it [UV-B being the problem with sunlight]. it helps me. but i'm all kinds of weird :)
*hugs* - hugs help with everything

I've been joking for years that I should just get one of those full spetrum bulbs, or maybe a sunlamp like they have for pet lizards, and sun myself indoors. But every winter, it becomes less funny and more like something I should look into for real.
SADS is no joke. Nether is a sunlight allergy. Well, accept for the obligatory vampire jokes that go without saying. *grin*

jokes aside - the lamp helps. i used to have to take a ton of vitamins [that made me ill - see, i'm all kinds of weird!] and now i just take a regular multivitamin, which i don't even *need*. i highly recommend one [i was trying to recommend without sounding preachy. or obnoxious - the 20th person to tell me i should try a new thing? i hate, how ever well-intended that person is!].
mine is weird, and cost a lot [because it doesn't have UA-B] but i think most of them are less. the light bulbs are around $10 for a new one, which is a lot for 1 bulb, but it's a bulb that works for 5 years. so... yeah.
MOAR *HUGS* :)

On the bright side, I am making a sweet Claire/Boyd fanmix, but I donno if I should post it tonight, or wait for the insanity of Friday's episode and avoid being jossed.
Also, now online shopping for sunbulbs.
Ummm, its obvious your a magical vampire unicornpony.

Its just a fanmix of about 8 songs that I think fit the season 2 Boyd/Claire arc (which makes it more of a fan EP) which will have cover art made by me, lyrics and a zip file of all the songs. Which I will be posting later today, I decided.
Also, I'm posting this Boyd centered fluff I wrote ages ago and never posted, later tonight.
Well, I'm a fetching shade of brown as it is, so even if I were to tan, I would look damn good. *grin*
But tanning weirds me out, so I'll stick to the lamp, cause then I could sit around in my underwear and read fanfic and that was probably TMI for real.
Are you a sleeper magical vampire pony doll? Because THEN we have a problem. *breaks out the gingersnaps and the flowers in vases*

i am being forced by the meds to sleep. HUGS!

i still don't get the ginger-snaps joke. it wasn't the drugs - i just suck.
that aside - TMI is what you make of it. i have bitched about my sex life [or lack therof because of my fucking hip] in open LJ posts. so *shrug*
but i will be jealous over your tanning ability.
i used to be able to tan. i used to not NEED to tan - i'm half Cherokee.
porphyria = loss of skin pigmentation.
another ten years, i'll be able to pass as an albino. le sigh.
i think you are TOTALLY MAGICAL. your stories convinced me - you remember that i *hate* fan-fic, and yet love every word you type? totally magical.

Its ok, the gingersnap thing was weird and obscure anyway.
If it makes you feel any better, in 10 years the ozone layer will probably erode and we'll all have to stay indoors--so your ahead of the curve!
