“Sam,” he replied with a tired, but mocking voice as he sifted through his duffel.
“Dean.”
“Sam” he said, with more annoyance this time.
“Dean.”
One quick sniff told Dean that his black boxers were not clean. He threw them at Sam’s face and smirked when they landed right across his mouth.
Sam batted the offensive clothing away with a sigh. But then said, “Dean.”
“What?”
There was a small snort then a whimper and when Dean looked over, Sam was sprawled out on the bed, head hanging upside down, over the edge of the bed. His eyes were practically rolling up into his head but the lips curled a small smile.” Love you, man.”
Dean rolled his eyes and turned back to his bag. “You are the worst with your liquor, dude.”
Another snort filled the air, and when Dean looked back, Sam was shuffling so his head could rest on the mattress. Then the eyes slipped shut and Dean watched his brother slip into sleep, finally looking rested. And he smiled.
