I've had that Jensen/Dean promo pic on my hard drive since around March of 2011. I had been on a pic-finding spree for some of my artwork, and someone had posted these two pics of them in some random SPN community on Livejournal. I snagged them both right away. So there is one of Jared/Sam, too...
