Carbine Certification? I DONT THINK SO!
This has been pissing me off all night. I am attempting to Master Marksman, and the only line I haven't started is Carbines... okay, no problem, right? So I grab a trusty DH17 carbine and then equip it. "You are not certified to use this weapon. It's damage will be significantly reduced". WTF? So I check my skill tree... yes, DH17 is a Novice
