The adventures of Captain Seatrout

Aha, my good shipmates. Me and you on the good ship Bacchus have sailed these seas for a good seven years or more, and in all our travels, there was one danger greater than any other, one that has attempted to waylay us at every turn.

Woman!

This foul creature is a danger to all right thinking sailors, and I warn ye now, there is no room for any such Eve apon my ship. It is for this reason that I have thrown overboard this good ship a certain lowly barnacle of a sailor called Jimmy T. This despicable character attempted to bring aboard one of those foul females, some highly flung individual of scientific bent. I hold no truck with woman thinking, it is a danger to all near and far.

This she-doctor to be, this creature of the night has waylaid one of my sailors, and the good salty sea-air is permantly barred to him. Never again will he smell the salt and see the white froth of the sea, exepct in his desparte dreams whilst weeping on his soiled linen.

In short Jimmy T is dead to us all, and shall ne'er again be alowed on this ship. He is to be shot on sight or hanged if caught for mutiny

All-right you scurvy dogs, back to work
