I need an American author + a work done by him/her for a project in English.
Inspired by the song we're playing in band, I opted to read Moby Dick by Melville. She tells me I can't. Why? I don't know. She just wrote "Do something else" on my paper.

PS: Band owned that shit up at festival. Interesting bus ride as usual. Same stuff as to be expected of band bus rides/performances I suppose.
