Ray V work history question

I've been looking for Vecchio's service record prior to working with Fraser, but haven't come up with anything. I'm fine with creating one, but if there's info out there I want to try and incorporate it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

(and yes this IS for my dSBB piece, which is slowly but surely taking over my brain, and dSBB hasn't even officially started yet - yikes!)
