I suppose I have finally found the time to use the school's journal community. I should be trying to go to greater lengths to connect with my fellow students, and this seems to be the best method of it to do so, by all rights ( Read more... )

Well, personally, I think I could use a study group to help me focus.

I'm glad you think that, Mr. Samasu. Do you mind the library? I'm not sure how far rumors of it being haunted have gotten.

Not really. I honestly like the library, and I think a lot of people are exaggerating it being haunted. Also, it's Miss Samasu.

... Oh, it is? I thought I saw you in a male uniform, though... Very well, Miss Samasu, I apologize.

But I agree, I do think the rumors are exaggerated. I have never come across any supernatural behavior in there.

I do wear the male uniform due to certain regulations.

I think I might of seen something once, but haunted seems kind of silly, you know?

... I see. I think.

It is silly. I don't know where the idea of it being haunted or anything came from.

It makes more sense when you understand surrounding circumstances.

Well, I have heard general stories the entire island is haunted in one way or another...

Really? I know there's odd circumstances surrounding the island, but I've never thought of it being haunted.

Of course, there are Spirits running around all of the time now, so it's hard to figure what is considered to be "haunted", in that sense.

I'd assume spirits and the general occult style of the school is the factor for "haunted", yes.

But wouldn't any of that be considered rather normal, at this point? They have been common, so far.

Depends on where people live, how their families deal with it, and what country they're from...? Some might just enjoy the "illusion".

I suppose.

But it still is no reason to objection to a library, just because of rumors of it being haunted.

Well, most people hate studying, so it's probably an excuse.

Fortunately, I don't take excuses so easily.

That's good to hear, as I would definitely frown on not keeping one's academic standing higher.

I think we're going to get along wonderfully, then, Miss Samasu.
