So. That big tree that was on the news. Maybe you saw the light show coming from the top moments ago. Maybe you realized that

[Yuusei nears the giant dead tree on his D-Wheel, another red D-Wheel nearby. He dismounts from his D-Wheel and retracts his visor, getting a good look up near the top.]

"...Hey! There's two people up there!"

*Juudai arrives at the scene behind Yuusei. Once there, he also gets off his D-Wheel and retracts the visor on his helmet, in order to look up at what Yuusei has noticed*

You're right! Who's that big guy? I don't think I recognize him.

[shooting_sonic]

"I don't recognize him, but that other person looks kind of famili-" [His eyes widen. Whoever the other person is, they just got knocked the fuck out by the big guy and are now flying over the edge.]

"H-hey! That person is falling!"

After knocking the other individual off the edge, the huge guy steps back, and looks down at Juudai and Yuusei. As he speaks, his voice radiates all the way to the ground.

"You arrived exactly as expected, Yuuki Juudai, Fudou Yuusei."

*Juudai, at first, isn't paying much attention to Jose, as he quickly slams Neos card down on the duel disk on his D-Wheel. The hero instantly dives towards the person falling and is able to catch them just before they would of hit the floor.*

[Out of nowhere, several vines snap out through the air, ahead of Neos, grabbing the falling figure safely and gently carrying them the rest of the way to the ground. It becomes quickly evident that the person who was knocked off the tree was Isabel, and the person who grabbed her was the Black Rose Dragon. As Isabel stirs behind them, the dragon seems to nod in deference towards Juudai and Neos in deference to their effort to grab her as well.]

[Yuusei watches this all unfold, just a little too slow on the draw for him to have gone and done something himself before Juudai summoned Neos and the dragon showed up, but it's worth noting that he was already more than halfway back to his D-Wheel.

That taken care of though, his gaze lingers on Isabel for a second, before he looks up at the big guy on top of the tree, his eyes narrowing.]

"who are you?!"

He stares down at Yuusei specifically.

"I am Jose, the leader of the Three Emperors of Yliaster."

*Juudai looks up at the dragon and eventually gives it a nod back, before turning to look back up at Jose as he replies*

Yliaster... so you're the leader of the other two who were behind the Ghost attacks on the city!?

"That is correct, Yuuki Juudai."

[shooting_sonic]

"You're Placido's ally, then?! Why was he trying to attack people in this city through Ghost?!"

[allrevelatio]

"It's impossible for you to stop us, so I'll enlighten you. Yliaster is an organization created by God to correct the future."

[i_like_red]

"Correct the Future"? What are you trying to "correct" in the future exactly?

"Because of the creation of one man, Mankind has been put on a path to unavoidable tragedy."

He points to Yuusei.

"Fudou Yuusei, when your father created Momentum, he set this path into motion!"

[shooting_sonic]

"My old man...? How do you and Placido know about him!?" [He pauses.] "Did you come from New Domino City?!"

"Yliaster is beyond time, Fudou Yuusei. We have only interfered now due to the mistake your father created."
